I legit think the main problem with "The Losers" is that it was clearly supposed to be a hyper-violent Rated-R movie like Crank. WB removed all blood and swearing... so you get frantic hyper-violence without the blood including headshots with no blood. The Losers feels very sanitized.

I am absolutely and totally convinced this is the best channel on this entire platform. The pure comedic gold exuding off of both of them combined with the editing GEMS from Ben is just the best thing I’ve ever seen. I routinely go back and watch Caravan of Garbage episodes from YEARS ago and the quality is pretty much the EXACT SAME it’s astounding not just how GREAT this is but how CONSISTENTLY GREAT it is. I love this channel so much.

The Losers is MASSIVELY underrated. Even watching it in theaters I loved it and having seen it multiple times since then it still holds up. Its Not the greatest movie ever but put it on, have a couple of drinks and watch this with friends. So much fun. And omg the don't stop belivin scene is still amazing

This movie is fantastic, and Chris Evans was an absolute blast in this next to the lead villain.

I was best boy sparks on a short film featuring Jack Davenport, waaay back in 2001. A scene called for him to be sat alone, blindfolded, in a wide shot, covered in bandages, so I was hidden behind him to cover any lighting/safety issues, and to relay when the shot was ready. As the rest of the crew moved away to start the setup, Jack asked me what I'd like to talk about.... to his apparent delight, I said I'd just caught the UK TV series ULTRAVIOLET (number 4 on your Idris list) and I thought Idris absolutely nailed his role.... especially a particularly tense "trapped" episode. Jack told me then to watch out for him as he was utterly convinced Idris Elba would be become a huge star, and that I should try and work with him as he is also a top guy. First time I'd really had a chance to talk to an actor on-set and we ended up talking about his co-star, on an unrelated previous project, for 20mins!

When Loser came out, I saw it like 4 times in the theater. Not because I really liked the movie, but because the theater had free popcorn and I had nothing better to do at the time.

I watched this movie before I knew it was based on a comic and loved it. I've since collected a few of the comics it's based on and love it even more. Great movie, real fun times!

I absolutely LOVED how fun this film was! The cast was fantastic, the script was funny and didn't take itself too serious, score was good and it was SO well shot.

Jason Patric did an excellent Warren Beatty impersonation in every scene that he was in this movie.

This is one of those movies that no one remembered but anytime it’s on TNT, TBS or some obscure channel, you watch it and think to yourself that wasn’t half bad, and then you forget you ever saw it till the cycle repeats itself all over again.

I've always hated when comic book writers or editors compare their comics to a "blockbuster action movie." It's pictures on paper. You can't can't achieve that aesthetic at all. *_BUT_* if I had to make a single exception, The Losers by Andy Diggle and Jock does actually achieve that aesthetic. And so I felt let down by this movie, because it was really the only case where I felt, "What's the point? The movie already exists, as a comic."

An interesting piece of trivia: Chris Evans also plays Captain America in Captain America: The First Avenger. I hope he makes it into a real movie one day.

The Chris Evans 'Journey'/telekinesis bit is one of my favorite movie sequences of the last twenty years.

It wasn’t a moneymaker, but this was a fun movie. The Losers had good chemistry. Chris Evans was the MVP of this movie.

At 12:55 when James is talking about Jason Biggs shooting films in LA and Toronto he is walking with that girl… that shot was shot in New York. That is the Astor Place subway stop near Cooper Union. The sculpture in the background is Alamo by Tony Rosenthal (but most people probably know it as The Cube). Anyway, I think I need to check out The Losers!

I saw the A-Team movie twice in cinemas, not because I loved it, far from it. But because I had two separate friend groups who wanted to see it. I ALMOST invited a girl I was interested in to see it a third time (because I honestly don't think there was anything good on at that time) but I cancelled because I couldn't take that movie on the big screen again. I know the sounds like a story that ends with "...And now she's my happy wife" but we never spoke after college.

Jason Push is a "Mover", not a "Pusher", so he doesn't actually ever "do a push". I feel compelled to point this out only because I can't tell if that's part of the gag or if James is genuinely confused about this (clearly very important) detail.

I have extremely fond memories of both the losers and the A team because they both came out right about the same time as blu-ray and they were the first two films my dad bought on the medium so we watched them endlessly and reveled about the high definition
