I liked the long version. This short version is a great quick reminder. Since I have watched the other one. I have observed that I tend to less offer solution to people. Because everyone has its one way if seeing their world and make their own decisions. What they consider better for themselves. Thank you I will listen to this version again so that it can stick in my head 😂

Yes, I totally agree. There are times when people gave me advices that I didn't want to listen or that I thought were a bit off... Even thought they think the best for me, I could see hw they put their own ideas and limitations on me. Now I can listen to them (it use to make me angry - not very stoic of me ) from what they tell me I can hear the "if I were you..."
