I'd like to listen to your cover well recorded and balanced. The tone on the guitar and the voice has a beautiful chemistry.

I left my home still as a child I walked a thousand sorry miles To wait for my father to gather up his tools He said my boy you've got to run Don't wait for me, don't wait for mum We'll come get you when it's safe for us to move So I waited many years Held back the pain behind my tears For my father to come find me like he said In that time I was alone So many years without my home I made brothers of a different kind instead At the time I didn't know Just how hard the wind could blow Towards disaster, and the things that I would see I never found my father I never found my mother either But I know that in my lifetime I will be A hero to the masses To those born without chances There's a freedom that everyone deserves I know there's greed and there's corruption I've seen death and mass destruction But I'm telling you and I hope that I am heard I will not be commanded I will not be controlled I will not let my future go on, without the help of my soul Eu deixei minha casa ainda criança Eu caminhei por mil tristes milhas Para esperar meu pai recolher suas ferramentas Ele disse "meu garoto, você tem que fugir" Não me espere, não espere sua mãe Nós vamos buscá-lo quando for seguro para nós Então eu esperei muitos anos Retida a dor por trás de minhas lágrimas Para meu pai vir me encontrar como ele havia dito Nessa época eu estava sozinho Tantos anos sem minha casa Eu fiz irmãos de um tipo diferente Naquela época eu não sabia O quão duro o vento pode soprar Para o desastre, e as coisas que eu gostaria de ver Eu nunca encontrei meu pai Eu nunca encontrei minha mãe Mas eu sei que em minha vida serei Um herói para as massas Para aqueles que nasceram sem chances Há uma liberdade que todos merecem Eu sei que há ganância e há corrupção Eu vi a morte e destruição em massa Mas eu estou dizendo a você e espero ser ouvido Eu não serei comandado Eu não serei controlado Eu não deixarei meu futuro seguir em frente, sem a minha alma

Your guitAr is spot on. You need some serious vocal work though. I can’t tell if that’s actually your own singing voice or if you’re trying to copy someone else’s

I like your guitar play. Especially the parts you played and plucked at the same time if that makes sense. Vocally you need work, but not bad. Overall, not bad though man. This is a great song and I can tell you felt it for what it's worth.

No offense , this is a compliment I assure you . From the start to about 1:20 ish , it was kinda eh. But I think it’s cuz you got lil shy being aware that you were being recorded. At 1:26, to me, I believe ,you forgot about that and just sung your heart out . And dude You fucking rule . Great voice , gave me chills bebeh. I know you didn’t ask for constructive criticism, but if you did, I’d say try to sing you as you did when you found your voice at 1:26 forward
