Not that is impossible or unheard of for it to be leaked, but government entities usually are very reluctant to release information or files or media, which will unfortunately make it more difficult to get the tapes :(

IIRC the longest bony fish ever recorded was an Oarfish (The inspiration for the pokemon milotic i might add) that was 45ft long, but granted thats length and not mass so its not unreasonable to imagine another fish that long having more mass to it. These types od cryptids are alot more believable than "OMG IT'S A MEGALODON" or "Omergerd the bloop!! it is 500ft real click video!!" Another very interesting oceanic cryptid very similar are the fish described by William Bede from a Bathysphere in the 1932.
