You see heres the problem with both Hammonds logic and InGens logic, InGen was going to bring the dino's to the mainland, which as shown by the t-rex, would be a mistake. Hammond wanted the island a nature reserve, also a mistake. As shown in Jurrasic Park 3 dinos in general are a bad idea. Also, what did they do with the dino's on isla nublar when jurrasic world became a thing?
