The “cancelled block” is called the barrier block, it is a invisible block that can block stuff and cannot be broken in survival It can only be gotten by using a command, you can only see the barrier blocks if you are holding the item in your hand

TSC’s skulk sensor staff literally is Ultra Instinct. They can literally sense every and any attack. Take for example, the thousands of snowballs throws at TSC during the final fight. He literally evaded every single one. And another example, when they were rising up to the lucky block staff, TCS was dodging everything and attacking with the bell. Pair that with the end portal frame and it’s literally Ultra Instinct 2.0.
