Tolga Turhan She’s already been cleaned out with descaler, then following that I put a Tesco Limescale tablet in her on every wash. I never use Calgon as it’s a waste of money, especially 45x tablets costing nearly £10.00 whereas Tesco ones work better and cost £3.50 for 40x

Hi there! WOW! I'm happy to hear you've acquired a fantastic piece of Hoover history! I'm presuming it's a model that looks exactly like the Electron 850 De Luxe that Classic3820 owns? If so, look for a door seal for models "A3346, A3348, A3350" etc, as they require a different seal to the one my A3060 has. Hope this helps :). What model number is your Electron/Electronic 800?

Now i actually have only my old camera and the vids are not the best quality, but soon i will try to make a vid of the hoover. She is my flat and the another maschines are in my garage. Its a long histoty. In germany the last old hoover had maturasigma, some one broke the timer so it gots to the crap :( i not nown about the maschine from Classics3820, i am not sure if the maschine still is alive. best whishes from germany

Oh don't worry, I'll be passing a message on via the operator to give to the people who did this...and be writing an EXTREMELY harsh review about them...point is though it's the companies fault, so regardless of who I speak to, they are representing the company and are wearing their badge, unless they can identify the officials and actually bring them to the phone to speak to me, someone has to take the brutal criticism about what has happened. And trust me, it ain't going to be nice what I really have to tell them.

@@NumaticVacuum Yep I do work in retail, over 3 years customer service experience, and even I understand if a customer is mad, they have the right to be angry, even if the member of staff they speak to isn't who did them wrong, as a colleague I still represent the company I work for and am in the same league as the person at fault. Unfortunately in this instance, they'll never be able to bring the individuals that did it to the phone for 2 reasons. 1. It's most likely someone at a shipping port, 2. The person(s) who did it are more than likely not to admit or remember they did it. Trust me, in the way I feel right now...me giving them a hard time on the phone would be the least of their worries, I was ready to head to the port and batter the person who did it. It's absolutely pathetic that a professional company, or so-called in that sense, can just throw stuff around like it's nothing and not accept responsibility for their actions

@@MetProduct-td4rz I don't think you realise buddy that you can't just walk into a shop and get a fascia, this could take me years to find another 9530 that I can get the fascia off. I have EVERY reason to be pissed off, that machine means so much to me, my first ever machine that is 100% my own and out of everything, they've screwed her up and broken a part that is very thin on the ground to find.
