I applaud your efforts. This has already been done and a letter was sent to the court in Texas, on behalf of a number of shareholders so the judge can take into consideration before ruling if he will accept the current plan. But please continue your efforts, the more noise the better chance of getting a Hertz style deal. I believe the BOD did not act in shareholders best interest, and did not present multiple plans to include us. They need to either provide a cash payout, or issue shares for the new company, and compensation. Time to lawyer up..... a class action lawsuit awaits them.

Also in your dealings, you need to mention class action lawsuit. The law firm that represented the regal shareholders, and a couple of other law firms have been approached, regarding this topic. Just because historically CH11 has not been fair to retail investors, does not make it right, change needs to happen. Especially if there is room to structure a fair deal.

Not yet, but if it does become one theres a chance existing shareholders will not be awarded any shares, only the BOD. We want to make clear we wont be happy and will act

Thats how it seems… not sure the BOD getting equity is confirmed, but with the BoD owning a 20% stake, maybe more now, they have voting power to push this through, so long as they have… the incentives e.g. equity

Thanks for your comment. It’s a good point you make. We believe the creditors are claiming more than there fair share of equity, using Covid statistics to claim a larger stake, and incentivise have been provided to management/the ceo Mooky, to approve a deal that wiped out stakeholders. This would mean the board of directors prioritised their personal interests of the shareholders. Which we would always expect, but that doesn’t stop it from being illegal
