even though i haven’t supported the madden games for a long time, i’ll always agree with joe when he says the game of football is inherently fun. i enjoyed watching the games played and got invested to the point that i caught myself saying non-verbals under my breath. ea has done the game of football such a disservice

Last good Madden was 2012. After that it went to shit with 2013 and took until 2016 to fix how broken the Frostbite engine was and be normalish by today's standards.

I know this is an old video but I gotta say that this game wasn't worse than NFL2K8 because there was no NFL2k8. 2004 was the last 2K football game. Also, you play 17 regular season games not 16. Then there's the playoff games before you get to the Super Bowl. So a total of 19 or 20 games (with or without the wild card game) to get to the Super Bowl - not 16. Sorry Joe. Last thing, Madden definitely sucks and it makes me sad. Not getting Madden or NCAA this year until a couple months after release and I won't pay full price for either.
