One of the most important points is the blocking or shutting down of the emotions/ thoughts that break flow. Amazing things have happened since I shut down those impulses.

I find this to be very true Because we made words god didn’t We make a or of things and if we give power to a word we can image what that word can mean to us Like kindness, or chillness, you can imagine what those words mean to you and those thoughts create feelings, that’s why I’m not sure we should give power to words or we should watch the way we think to ourselfs and talk to ourselfs more

ive tried this method and i feel sometimes it works, nd sometimes it doesnt. by the end of the day if it worked, i cant remember if i tried the method. anyway to figure out what actually works after your visualization is complete?
