You hace a privileged voice. That pitch is so unique. You know Iwatch Biblical movies filmed in Morocco and every now and then I hear your very special voice full of deep feeling and warmth. That was why I started looking for Bulgarian music, choirs, soloists....and I'm in love with your singing and your music. By the way, you are also very beautiful. Thank you! Hopefully, there will be still some Bulgarians remaining in Bulgaria by the end of this century to keep the old culture. The population is the fastest decreasing in Europe - from around 9 million in 1989 to 6.9 million presently, and projected to become 5.3 million in 2050 (- 39%).

@@leonelperuzovic289 Because of the low birth rates and high emigration. No perspectives for the young people, and the grotesque level of corruption makes any effort to stay in BG and try to change things a waste of time. It was hard to leave before 2007, because back then we needed visas for any non-BS country, so mostly the educated/qualified left. But after 2014 (when all EU countries opened their job markets for BG), people started leaving in droves. So... this wonderful song is like a dirge for a dying culture (sounds appropriately sad, only the lyrics need a bit of adjustment;).

@@stoyanpetkov1478 I can tell buddy. Same story for Argentina. We have have a lot of corruption and a brittle economy, despite all of our natural resourses. Politicians fuck everything, and the people here have been deceived over and over again. Most of the people does not care about their own education, even beign free and universal here. Not a true democracy, but some kind of fake one, while our politics are stablished by the wmf and onu agendas. So we have been living in a state of economical crisis since I can remember, with few and short periods of wealth. Because of that many young professionals decides to emmigrate (me among then). Culturally, we are a youth country, not like Bulgaria. There's s common saying here "mexicans descend from aztecs, peruvians from incas and argentined from ships". Most of our population is european descendant, and that's why they get easy visas and move back to their grandparents' lands.

@@leonelperuzovic289 I heard similar stories from Brazil, and I have some very good friends from there who descend from Italians and Germans and now are trying to move to the countries of their ancestors. The work-related migration is like a tradition for the Bulgarians, it started 300 years ago (was called "gurbet" before) and many farmers and builders traveled to work in Istanbul, Vienna, Budapest, and other places. Many went to USA in the early 1900s, after 1924 many came to Argentina, so you may have some Bulgarian descendents around you ;)

We all are different, and there is so much beauty in each different culture. We all belong to our homes. To our countries, to our roots and cultures. The world is an amazing place. The Bulgarian people are one of the most beautiful kind of people there are on this world. Men and women. All simply exceptional, all the bulgarians I know are special. Never forget this music is born from their history, there are some really sad notices, because they endured a lot, but also happy songs, because they are great and eventually rose up from the oppressors. Fuck I wish I knew more history about the great Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, etc. There is much they don't want us to know.

Neli Andreeva's voice is very distinctive, but reminds me of the late and great Ofra Haza, the effect on the soul is very similar, something i cannot put into words.

Moimi faworytami są Toruń i Kraków! Dużo miłości do ciebie od Bułgara! We are all so unique & rich in culture imbedded in all of us from thousands' of years life. Не за дълго, чалгията си имаше своето време и място, заради шантавото време, в което живеехме. Тя отмира бавно, но сигурно.Това остава. Чета коментарите от хора от целия свят под българската музика. Хората слушат и това ги докосва! Прекрасно е. Рано или късно тази музика някак си стига до всеки от нас и ни говори - сякаш е кръвта ни по някакъв почти свръхестествен начин, вика си ни... Няма къде да идем ;)
