a lot of people actually confuse between matriliny and matriarchy. Meghalaya is the only place in the world where matriliny is still practiced amongst the tribe of the Khasis, the Jaintias and the Garos. Matriliny is where the child takes the mother's name and carry forward her lineage. And there is no such thing as a matriarchal society. It's just a word in the book. There is no existence of such society. A lot of people get confused as they think that if the women lives in her ancestral place and the men has to live means the women has the utmost power. But that is not the case.

Dear sidharth, there is no such thing as " female friendship being more advanced than male friendship" . . There may be a bunch of Guys who have better understanding than a group of girls or vice- versa. It all depends on us and who our friends are . I don't think friendship is something we can just generalise based on gender or religion and say this particular gender and religion people have better friendship etc..

It is not that raj kumar rao is feminist ...it is story of common guy who met a girl fall for her etc etc ...
