This is Tony Fernandes, CEO of AirAsia. Twenty-two years ago, he bought a stagnating airline with a $10 million debt for a symbolic 20 cents from the Malaysian government. Within a decade, Tony transformed the company into a multibillion-dollar business and one of the biggest airline brands in the world. As we chatted Tony shared with me how he managed to revolutionize air travel, how not to sink into depression after losing an aircraft in a horrific crash, and his biggest secret to success in life. Enjoy!

@@commentatorxyz5514 Well honestly what do you expect him to say given the questions asked (e.g. I made it moment, best advice, features of a great CEO)? His responses to the questions are fine in my opinion. It sure sounds like you have something personal against him given that you have made the same comment twice. Maybe you are the one with a personality disorder.

I like AirAsia. Yes they are a little disorganized. Even their website is a little disorganized. But they are humanistic. They look after their passengers in a genuine way. The same can’t be said about Scoot. They are organized, but they are more interested in showing what they are good at but forget about taking care of their customers.
