He is a gold mine of knowledge, especially for folks interested in the aviation business. There are a lot of videos on KZfaq which focus just on pilots and cabin crew's whereabouts ( they have a glorious job, too ! ), but very little on how airlines are run. Thanks for having him.

Wow...Akasa Air's flight attendants will sport black trousers, a snug jacket and sneakers on the flight. Beyond the smart aesthetics, the uniform is also eco-friendly. The recycled polyester fabric is crafted from PET bottle plastic salvaged from marine waste

Unlike IndiGo, Oyo is definitely in shambles today. While they had noble thought and great value proposition at the outset, they’re far far away from democratising high quality hotel stays today.

even though indian aviation is highly competitive there are still some routes still not served by airlines originating from india, especially many international routes for eg: Melbourne, Narita. these routes are served by srilankan airlines that too by having a small fleet, I think the real opportunity for akasa is going international serving unserved routes

Please note for aviation industry to flourish the cost is pollution. We have to plant lot of trees to offset the pollution impact. Please make it compulsory for every company to INVEST in plantation trees

Amount of coal burnt to produce electricity to run the trains is much higher cause of pollution than the fuel burnt for running a plane. Planes use purest form of fuel that is less polluting.

There's a glitch in the statistics. USA cannot be directly compared to India. As USA lacks the infrastructure of railways. They only have 2 options. Roadways or Airways. This usa has a mega infrastructure of Airways. Where as India the ground reality is totally different. From Mumbai to Delhi - Air Travel 2 hrs. Need to reach airport atleast 1hr before. Need to leave the home average 2hrs before so you don't miss the flight due to traffic and 1more hour to leave the destination airport. If you sum the hours. 6-7 hours you invest to travel from Mumbai to Delhi. Vs from train it's 12hrs and hardly need to leave the home one hour before. So the price you pay is to save 4-5 hrs. The price multiplier per hour is way to high. India has one of the largest infrastructure for train. That cannot be replaced by Air travel. Most of the domestic travel in India is increasing due to the business/ corporate travel.

Whenever I see such huge markets waiting to be served, huge gaps in consumer demand and supply. I wonder to myself, what if we meet them? As an entrepreneur, all I see is opportunity. As a concerned earthling, all I see is consumerism and destruction. Dealing with Dilemma.
