The best thing that came out of COVID for me is that I came across the channel and I've been working out with Sydney ever since. The videos are top-notch. They effort Dustin and Sydney put into creating new sets and making them feel engaging - make me feel like I'm important to them. Great couple.

Great interview. As an early follower of Sydney and Dustin I am delighted at their success .I am also probably one of their oldest doing their work outs. I have always enjoyed exercise and cannot see why you have to 'let the old woman in' when you age. Their workouts encourage anyone to have a go yet Sydney always stresses the correct way to execute the exercises too. I await to see where they next go on this adventure wishing them well
