Donald Trump appeared to be the target of an assassination attempt as he spoke during a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, law enforcement officials said. The former president, his ear covered in blood from what he said was a gunshot, was quickly pulled away by Secret Service agents and his campaign said he was “fine.”

Two minutes is a long time in that scenario, so it's appropriate to ask why the SS allowed the man on the roof to begin with, why they ignored warnings and why they didn't shoot the guy with about 90 seconds to go before he shot at Trump. If you've never interacted with The SS, you wouldn't know how they are capable of locking down a vast amount of land to create a barrier around their Protected Person. How that person got on the roof....why didn't they shoot him...who was in charge of the protective detail...all questions worth asking.

Someone at this rally had to have taken video that included the man getting shot in the head! Granted this physician that was standing directly next to the deceased man is just an OB-GYN, but surely he knows that the mans head exploded out in which direction - and he says appears to have been hit from behind. Someone's video surely captured that impact. But early examination of video says the first shot that hit Trumps ear, was the shot that hit the mans head AND the hydraulic line on the crane behind the stage. Still sounds like a lot of investigating needs to be done!

@LAWRO1983 Yes, I later realized that a shot to the head like that could be easily misinterpreted in a spur of the moment type situation like what happened 😳 the shocking thing is why the local police didn't listen to the people who actually witnessed the gunman climb up onto the roof with a rifle! There were literally like 4 guys calling the police over to the building he was on 10 or 20 seconds before shots were fired. Apparently, the snipers couldn't see him at first because of the angle he was on the roof. It's absolutely shocking. It's closer to a movie than real life!

Not true! Look closer…. When SS is on top of him…. People are looking (if you’re watching the screen) to the right and down. Like they see something further down at the first row. Look at the man in dark tshirt and black hat stand up. You can see him and a couple others looking down at a diff direction. I believe that’s where the man shot and killed was sitting

The stands behind Trump are not inline with the shooter. They are about 20 feet behind Trump. The stands to Trump's left are where the people were shot. They are angled in a way that puts the right side of the stands inline with Trump and the shooter's direction. I guess you haven't seen the footage of the 2 men being carried off. Isn't it "fascinating" how so many people comment before knowing the facts

I kinda want to know the identity of the victim..headshot on the far left side of the stage? Almost feel like he was the actual target somehow. We live in such a weird era where everything seems scripted somehow and everyone is just the dummies watching the front of the curtain show. So many weirdness about this one. The fact they went for headshot while being a sniper instead of either center mass or base of neck/spine. I swear man we need the whole books on who were those shooters..the person shot and killed..as long as this aint public no one gonna know nothing really.
