To anyone confused they use these birds for this purpose. They tie that rope around their necks to keep them from being able to eat the fish. They then feed them small pieces of food at the end of the day. They claim it’s mutually beneficial because they bring the birds to places they know the fish will be near and that’s why they don’t try to flee but I think it has more to do with being unable to survive with that damn rope tied around their necks and lord only knows what other shady reasoning they could have for it. There is no reason to be using animals like this anymore. It’s just as bad as the people who force monkeys to pick coconuts for them 🫤

There are many alternate ways of fishing. Why do they choose such a method which hurts birds and treated them as slaves. This must be stopped.

Someone actually got it right. The end of the video he's force feeding the bird as a reward for catching the fish. Animals have been used to help humans get food for thousands of years. For those out there that think this is wrong or abusive, those birds look Beautiful and healthy. Definately well fed and well taken care of. Their technige is just foreign to most of us.. Quit crying for the healthy birds..
