Plot: Island fisherman Shao Feng and friends together in the sea accidentally caught a strange form of a small octopus, thus attracting the gene company boss and another mysterious group tracking. Shao Feng and his scientific researcher girlfriend Zimo are also forced to be involved in this storm, together by the giant mutation of the octopus attack on humans. Ultimately, Shao Feng and Zimo join forces to destroy the greedy human plan and help the little octopus return to the ocean.
