A video I did for a buddy of mine Denny Dardeen, who wrote this song about Clint Walker. Clint played in the western TV series called Cheyenne in the 50's. This is a tribute to him.

What a remarkable song about a real deal Hero Clint Walker - Cheyenne Bodie. Love that it included Brandy his horse. My heart really swelled with emotions, growing up watching him, and now. Perfect singer Kelly Wayne. Thank you for the tribute our Western Hero, Clint Walker. Handsome, strong, calm man.

This song brought tears to my eyes. For years and years I have wanted to write a song for Clint. I even started one recently, a song about Clint and James Drury, two of my all-time heroes. But after hearing this, I think I'll let that dream go. I could never top this, and it is perfect. I pray that Clint had a chance to hear this before he passed. He would truly have loved it.
@TitanEntertainmentvideo4 жыл бұрын
Oh yes, he heard it and said he loved it. He would even give signed CD's of it away at the old west conventions he would attend. He was a great guy .

Wonderful tribute. As the realization of what we have lost sinks in, it saddens and brings tears to your eyes. Make you wish you could climb into the screen and go back with Cheyenne, and leave this confused, twisted modern world behind.

@@jenniferholden9397 He said in an interview that the 'quicksand' was freezing cold because the director didn't want to take the time from the schedule to warm it up properly; that's why they were shivering. But no matter; Clint looked good even up to his chin in mud.
