What if the dad alters his reality to bring his daughter back and finds out that the Mandela effect is just people like him bringing things back but in reality they take that thing from an alternative reality. So the dad took his daughter from another alternative reality where the corresponding version of himself lost his daughter. So the dad that just lost his daughter learns of the Mandela effect and takes a daughter from another reality and so on, causing an infinite cycle.

Lol, was in high school 11 years ago a couple of friends and I would meet up after class and discuss possible ideas for screenplays, one was the "God code" which essentially was this movie. It involved a computer programmer/hacker, who began to witness what he described as lagging and load errors, super cheezy, he did some rudimentary snooping was recruited by the government "stargate style" introduced to a group of scientists who had discovered our world is nothing more then a simulation, computer programmer buddy holds the key to being able to access and stabilise it. There world was a simulation conducted in 2050 and during world war 3 the real earth was left uninhabitable and the bunker that housed the stacks of memory began to fall apart leaving the robotic self repair system inoperable eliminating the ability to free up space and alow the simulation to run, Protagonist and a group of scientists are eventually able to gain access to android body's that were being stored in the bunker and with them repaired the system and returned to the program.

Because a simulation that could exactly, realistically replicate reality would have the same kind of visual glitches as a PS2 game.

Man, I swear, this is happening to me right now. I've worked in this company for 9 years now and I am certain, that we never had any shift every Dec.25th and Jan.1st. Now, I was kinda surprised when I saw my schedule, so I asked if there's some kind of mistake. But everyone I asked absolutely tells me that we've always had shifts during those dates. Absolutely everyone says the same thing. Ever since I've actually learned about the Mandela Effect, it took over my life. There are so many things that I have remembered from my past, but they were never the way I remembered when I look back at them
