Right before my awakening, I discovered Louise Hay's "Learn to Love Yourself" and it changed my life drastically. The Mirror Work was especially profound, as I had not realized until then how far away from loving myself I truly was. IF you can find the audio CD, this was what I used and it was very personal, like she was there with me, helping me. RIP, Louise Hay.

In 2009, I attempted to do reiki with crystal energy-raising to help sick people. At first it went well. But, then I picked up other’s symptoms. I needed to learn a lot more. Now I am working to get well with your books and videos. Thank you for your work to help. I loved the healing hypnosis gift. Each time I hear it, I learn more and hope more.

Having nice things around you makes sense. I was an RN and in my office it was dreary. A whiteboard and a window to a corridor and filing cabinets. I put pictures over the window. Mostly nature. The whiteboard became an affirmation board. I brought in homemade sprays. What a difference it made to me and to my customers. The affirmations seemed to trigger people to ask the deepest questions. I became more of a counsellor than a nurse. Amazing how surroundings can make such difference.

Yesterday I wrote that Fying was an option I considered because I could not feel my purpose and was discouraged by the lack of love i. my relationships with narcissists. Then I saw a KZfaq post that mentioned how narcissist abuse survivors oddly expect to survive only 5 years… I felt That way since I escaped in 1986! I always felt that my time to survive was no longer than 5 years. What a weird symptom. I am listening again to Esther Hicks, plus your KZfaq talks and book in Audible. I am trying to do energy healing on my 1 st 3 chakras. My feet up in the recliner- I try still to get energy from the earth. Possible? Thanks for your great messages. I worked as a trained nurse assistant when in college. I picked up false sympathy symptoms from patients so the work was temporary. Later, after a remission from my pain, I wanted to give back… my energy healing work ended from the same trouble; I was feeling others’ pain too much and had to quit. I feel selfish, but I am trying to restore my health and enjoy my remaining life. Thanks for your clarity.

For any auto-immune difficulty, may I suggest that you look into detox. Infrared sauna, bentonite clay baths (body masks), zeolites... Can't hurt to research.

I wonder if you could help me please? I lost my mother 9 weeks ago (actually, I am ok with this the beautiful things she spoke of while she was visioning i know she has now passed over to a better place. However, a month exactly before this happened our cat was taken (my mother doesnt live at my house btw) I saw it on the cctv. The cat being taken. He called her and carries her away then a white car picks him up. Omg it was so traumatising and no one understands how bad it was to me. I am struggling with this a lot. I try to not think but I pine over her and find myself reaching for drink at nightime to forget. You see the cat belonged to someome else but she lived with us for four years. She did not want to leave and she chose herself to be here so to be taken off my property was very difficult but I am suffering with some bad nightmares and thoughts if she is alive or if alive struggling to get away from where she has been taken. Not sure if you could help me to connect with her or tell me what you think. I cannot just forget or move on. Its not like my mother because I had closure with her. Ok, sorry this is so long. Hi Marie! I love that you are teaching now for folks like myself who want to develop their abilities and raise their vibrations!! Love this!! Is there any chance you will be offering courses that begin earlier in the day so that the East Coast folks can benefit from your courses during the daytime? I want to sign up for your courses and get as much out of them as I can, but know my energy levels begin decreasing in the evening. Currently, the courses all begin at 8pm my time.
