ABOUT THE MASKED SINGER
Hosted by Nick Cannon, THE MASKED SINGER is a new celebrity singing game show featuring panelists Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke. Based on an international format, and already a viral phenomenon with over half a billion fans worldwide, THE MASKED SINGER features celebrities facing off against one another with one major twist: each singer is shrouded from head to toe in an elaborate costume, complete with full face mask to conceal his or her identity. With each performance, the host, panelists, audience, viewers and even the other contestants are left guessing who is singing behind the mask. Ranging from Grammy Award winners to legendary athletes, and everything in between, the singers may attempt to throw the crowd off of their scent, while keen observers might pick up on tiny clues buried throughout the show. One singer will be eliminated each week, ultimately revealing his or her true identity. It’s not a “whodunit,” it’s a “whosungit!”

Nick is a talented guy. Nice dude too. Dedicated father, wonderful husband, and a good brother to his siblings. He tried so hard to help Leslie and Aaron. I’ve worked with him at several conventions and I have nothing but nice things to say about him. He’s humble and he knows who his fans are. Despite the turmoil, he still pushes through for his fans. I highly respect him as a person for getting through so much strife in his life.

What a nice comment I thought he was amazing on MS and wanted him to win. Since Aaron died and with the new allegations have heard so much nasty speculation about him. I took my goddaughters to see him and BB in 2001 and he was so gracious to his fans.

People often forget that lou pearlman found these guys from all over the country by throwing millions of dollars in talent auditions. These were the best of the best for looks/singing ability for adolescents at the time. The dancing was just an afterthought, they're pro singers first and foremost

Yesssss exactly!! I didn't catch the voice with the 1st song cuz he was SO raspy like Bon Jovi, he nailed that and hiding his voice, BUT then when he hit toxic and that HIGH pitch and HIS falsetto and then those mannerisms, hand movements JUST like in every BSB concert It was soooooo obvious!!! God he's amazing!!!

If you listen to all of BSB's albums they have done so many genres of music: R&B, pop, pop-rock, adult-alternative, country-pop (w/FGL and other BSB's songs), EDM (w/Steve Aoki), ...most genres, except Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, or Rap. Nick's solo albums are mostly pop and pop-rock.

If you've been watching bsb music video repeatedly one would guess it's Nick Carter. He has this hand and body movements you'll recognized immediately plus if you've been a BSB fan for years you'll definitely recognized his voice and the falsetto. Been a fan since i was 12yrs old and been repeatedly watching BSB music video to relieve stress ever since i started working and i have notice Nick is the most dramatic one

Yeah his voice is unique 😅 easy to tell. Just jessie McCartney has a similar voice But I most be honest 😅 when he sang b. Spears I thought it could be Howie D😂 didn't know he can sing that high 😮 But in all the other songs it was too easy 😅

He was always a great singer but the way he NAILED that bon jovi and aerosmith songs is incredible! Loved his voice back then but seriously love this powerful matured voice too. Hugh respect for keeping your vocals in shape.

His one of those talents that we had in the 90's. I've seen the journey of Backstreetboys, and I can say that you are the best. Staying with a group for almost 3 decades is amazing. And mind you guys this is the only group that able to keep their relationship stronger as they aged. We love you Nick Carter..😄😄😄

Man the way he nailed the Bon Jovi's, Aerosmith's songs gave me a whole new appreciation for Nick Carter. Knew he was a good singer, but not THAT good to be honest.

@@rachmadhidayat9996 I actually loved that falsetto at the end so much.... He made it something different. The head voice was very very powerful there and not everyone is that skilled at it. Nick Carter showcased that really really well.

I knew it was Nick eventually, but damn I never realized what a strong ass presence he had on stage! I knew it was Nick from the very beginning. Tone of his voice. Been a huge Nick Carter fan since I could remember. But didn't know he could hit those notes. I cried during the reveal. Love you Nick. I new it was Nick Carter from the first song. I been a hudge fan of Backstreet Boys from the day they debuted to now. Nick C. always been my favorite in the group. I recognize him right away. There is just something unique about the way he moves, his tone, and the way he takes a breath while singing. I just think Nick C. is amazing, well all the BSB members are awesome, but something about Nick just always pulled me in to listen, since I was young. Great job Nick, you're awesome.

Came here from another link that told me it was Nick Carter behind the mask. Just wanted to see how the audience would respond. Enjoyed seeing him get the well deserved standing ovations, lending ever more street cred to the BackstreetBoys whom I saw in concert 2001. Woke up the next morning feeling deep deep peace. Something deeply affected my psyche, between the harmony, the songwriting, the arrangements, the voicings, the big professional backing band of musicians, and the light show. At that time, as a 39 yo man, I was supposed to be too old for "boy band" foolery. But this performance validates the fact I know music when I hear it.
