I'm sorry, but there is no way you can't tell me that the judges didn't know this. There was no vote on this elimination because the intention was to prank Nick Cannon, and it seems pretty obvious that everyone involved in the show, aside from Nick Cannon, knew about Kevin Hart being on the show.
