i can smell the wrappers already. they really smell so darn good when heated, even the mixture itself smells good. I'm always walking past a store that makes spring roll wrappers every night before the pandemic hits and I'm tellin ya, the smell of freshly made wrappers is so pleasant to the nose. whenever I'm buying these wrappers I pick those freshly made ones, they taste better and they're still not too stiff so you can fold it easily.

저 음식의 이름은 潤餅捲(뤤빙쮄) 윤병권이라고 합니다. 반죽이 반짝반짝 광택이 난다 해서 윤이나는 전병말이라고합니다. 대만에서는 줄여서 뤤빙이라고도 불립니다. 대만에서 제가 먹어본 뤤빙중 감히 최고라 말씀 드리고싶네요^^ 모든 속 재료는 여사장님께서 직접 매일 조리하시며 신선합니다. 달걀완탕은 부드럽고 맛이 좋습니다. 뤤빙 맛은 속이 꽉찬 재료 사이사이 단맛이 나고 간이된 고기와 두부, 계란 튀김, 오이절임 각종 재료가 조화롭고 양배추와 숙주가 들어가 아삭아삭 씹이는 맛이 깔끔하고 맛이 좋습니다. 현지인들이 사랑하는 음식중 한가지이며 달인은 전직 파티쉐여서 반죽에 이해도가 높으신분입니다. 달인이 만든 스프링롤피는 쫀득쪽득합니다. When I was a young Teen I bought 2 Rolls made with the same skin as this one. But the filling is very tasty. I never forgot it & since I ate it I was trying to find it. But never found it. Thank you KZfaq I finally found it. At least I found out what type of wrap. It was eaten with a special Sauce.
