Once you're done with this album runthrough, which I am totally enjoying, you might want to take a look at Brittney Slayes with Ayreon, a group that I don't remember you looking at yet. Ayreon is the brainchild of Lucassen and is an ensemble of some of the finest musicians from the metal world, brought together for a specific project. Britney shines in the song Fate of Man (01011001 - Live Beneath the Waves). And, it's a good introduction to a really unique and interesting body of music.

UTA is a canadian band. Annihilator is always a famous canadian (thrash) metal band (legendary and influential) who became world famous in 1987 with an album "Alice in Hell" (17 albums in summary, last one in 2020). Jeff Waters formed the group in 1984. That makes it 35+ years on metal stage.... Listening to this song of UTA and it striked me that the "beat+sound+riff" here is very much Anninilator "inspired" (guitar wize). My guess is that UTA band members are fond of their iconic canadian Icon and I firmly believe that this track is very heavily influenced by Jeff Waters approach. But thanks to Brittney`s majestic vocals and overall epic fantasy atmosphere of UTA music this track is fully original (while being respectful to the Legend)> legit and powerful.
