imagine this, we get modifiers for mayors, when the mayor gets elected their perks values change based on the modifier, like 2x on all perks, or 50% increase for all stats, but the values are random, so the max is 3x on all mayor perks, and 50% on all stats, or 2x on all player's accessories reforges, and the 4th perk changes the meta, so for paul we get a new event for dungeons where the dungeons have erupted, with new mobs replacing the previous ones, new mini boss variants,alternative boss fights, and new npcs that sell exclusive unobtainable stuff instead of just enchants, new frags that buff current dungeon items like necron weapons and armor,shadow fury, giant's sword, dark claymore, livid dagger, and shadow assassin armor, some buffs include, shadow fury perk change to hit the enemy you're looking at multiple times with damage reduction, with buffs to the stats, useful for the new dragons and bosses, livid dagger buff would be the more enemies you back stab the more ferocity you get, giant's sword ability should hit 3 times with the fallen sword, dark claymore would give an overhead strike just like dark souls running hit with 2 handed greatswords, leaving an earthquake like effect on the ground damaging enemies while it moves in a straight line, it doesn't have to be these specific perks or buffs, but there should be new obtainable buffs to current items instead of just adding new gear that would change the meta making your coins go to waste

he mayor update is a preperation update for the upcoming Foraging update (Map gets bigger for example) and also a prep update for the return of Dante... (Yes he will be back, but its different) I used to work on Skyblock till around 2 months ago and finally dipped with me finding out that Kloon gonna dip and a few others dipping before and in the future... The main issue at hypixel is how hard it is to work with the hellhole called Java and how weirdly some things are managed... I don't leave in a bad light, but also a bigger project was fully scrapped finally after a lot of thinking totaling 400 hours of work going down the drain... Thats not the first time... Either way Skyblock will start undergoing a massive change soon with a lot of updates coming in preperation for 1.0...

for a kuudra mayor, some good perks could be: keys cost only 1 nether star, gain 25% more crimson essence from chests, gain +1 tooth per chest. i dont think any of these are too op but would give good buffs for people just getting into kuudra and still good buffs for people trying to get infernal kuudra sets

they are kinda op, 25% more essence is a lot and 1 more tooth per chest is double for what u get from basic and hot tier kuudra now.

@@anejb6546 25% more essence means every infernal chest is break even and the extra tooth means people can get better armour quicker to progress in kuudra quicker

only reasonable thing is extra teeth. Making keys cost 1 star is too cheap, but idea itself is aight, so maybe like 2 stars instead. And the 25% is a high-key garbage idea, cause prices for crimson essence are already on the lower end, no need for them to just go in the bin altogether💀

Maybe perks could improve classes perks like a buff to crowd control damage/blight slayer or ballista mechanic upgrades. Another perk could be a 10% chance to upgrade attribute tiers on an armor piece, lastly I think a 5-10% stat buff in kuudra could work

What you said about Foxy is completely wrong, even tho he does not schedule many events he does schedule one mining fiesta or fishing festival if thats on his perk. Also Marina is the one that schedules fishing festivals not Diana.
