@RedCrimson102 the beat is from Bird in the Hand by Ice Cube. It was sampled from BB King "Chains & Things". Like 3 min and 45 sec in you hear the beat that DJ Pooh sampled into Cube song. The part of the movie it was playing slowed down was when Tre was crossing the street with the plate of food for his dad. Ferris rolled up and the beat was playing in Ferris Hyundai.

I love this era of 50 cent, around 2008 to 2010 or so. At that point he started coming back hard with the mixtapes with an underground sound again beefing with everyone. I remember being out of college broken with my high school girlfriend of 8 years, I hit the gym everyday listening to " before I self-destruct"those times I'll always remember.

I was 16 when this dropped and I grew up listening to 50 since trackmaster days. This was when G unit was being blackballed from the industry and the year prior 50 lost the album sales battle with Ye. Tracks like this went under appreciated and I’m going 50s catalog today and it’s crazy. He really is one of the best rappers of all time. Some standout songs I’ve been going back too have been , the mechanic, 50 Shot Ya, They Burn Me, You Should Be Dead, Southside, man I could go on all day lol!
