I always like to think the D/D, D/D/D, and D/D/D/D monsters are the natives of the Different Dimension while the D.D. monsters are explorers or others that found themselves in the Different Dimension.

It's so cool that d.d. and d/d is actually connected. It seems d/d are like the bosses for the d.d. monsters. It would be cool to get more cards that have synergy with both

So the Banish Zone is like the Graveyard, but instead of the monsters being destroyed, they get stuck in some kind of purgatory, where they wait until they get summoned back out?

It bugs me that D.D. means “Different Dimension”… and so does D/D. Indeed, D/D/D means “Different Dimension Demon”

Just to let you know, in the beginning it was originally called removed from play instead of being banished or being sent to the banishment, and in the anime when something was removed from play you would literally see characters putthe card in the deck box on their belt because it literally was not in the game any more. But after a while of powercreep, it didn't really mesh that it was called "removed from play" when there were a lot of cards that now brought cards back into play, so it was changed to banished. And now it's just so synonymous with Graveyard 2, might as well give it a proper zone name

We absolutely need a proper archetype for the sparrow family, as well as a number c83 and a "d.d." searcher or two. D.D. WAS one of the earliest tcg/ocg "archetypes", after all. They've earned it.

Dark Dimension Soldier sounds like it could work with GhostTricks since they love being face-down a lot of the time

D.D. archetype is the most interesting archetype with the power to banish.

I think a story explaining why exactly D.D. Trainer is training the monsters for would be fun, like what if there was a competition to whoever wins in a gladiatorial style match within the Different Dimension to gain control over the DD Gate? It could be an excuse to have a bunch of alter reality versions of the existing cards but also other cards as a joke addition, like what if Scareclaw Light-Heart had to fight Springans Kitt. It can all be described as multiversal alternative dimension bullshit with canon being thrown to the side for the sake of funny yet also really cool art.

I love D.D. I hope they came become viable and pickup on where D.D. Seeker and ship left off in the story off and not just D.D. and D/D/ are combined as an archetype I hope they get fleshed out and the og D.D.s get retrains like warrior and keep D.D. in thier name plus hope they connect D.D.s by cards to make them an actual archetype. P.S. Also the dimensianal cards!

i use dark dimension soldier in my deck out deck along with some flip effect monsters towards the deckout mission on master duel, is rather useful, i can see it working well with shadolls

As someone who suffered through the agony of several D.D. Dynamite FTKs during early Master Duel, I sincerely hope that anyone who used bots to grind with that deck is forced to wear damp socks to bed every night for the rest of their lives.

Listen if we're gonna get cards named after random lines from the dub, like we did with the Infernity Support Card We Don't Call That, I NEED a card named "Summoned Your Mom" that somehow helps you summon Galaxy Queen. It will be pack filler garbage but it would be great.

a cool thing you can do with d.d telepon is summon psi-blocker with it, which will at least bait out a negate (if youre not ded yet, that is) i briefly used it in nordics as a banish for the link 1 off e-tele (dont do this btw)

I feel like we could build an archetype around D.D Warrior Lady and other old school Yu-Gi-Oh monsters attributed with her, just give each one a retrain & upgraded forms and we're good. I mean we already have an Xyz D.D monster so why not?

Man, I can't imagine a meta-def8ning card coming from some random minor 5Ds character, especially one that comes from the later, terrible seasons. ...You know, odd aside, but I never seem to see the other cards Baronne de Fleur comes from, it sure sounds like it comes from an archtype. I wonder why that is?

the sparrow family maybe the worst archetype in all yu gi oh history. They brick much and their boss monster was only used in machine decks.
