HE scared me then (And made me fear sharks as a whole) thanks to his big toothy grin, and now this Megalodon, well, it's not scaring me as much, but seeing how HUGE it is reminds me of my fear of sharks all over again. I do go to the beach with my Dad when it's nice and warm, but only in the shallow waters; don't wanna go to deep. (There's no sharks in Israel, or at least that's what they're always telling me, but I'm convinced that they're lurking past those buoys, waiting for human flesh to gnaw on). Seriously, I'm scared of sharks.

tbh i just watch the movie itself and it have so many cliché parts in it, man rescues lady, lady fall for man, lady walks into man room while man is changing (cause if that is in 2020, we call that gender inequality) and also bad greenscreen editing. the lighting is just too bright and directed if they are in the middle of the ocean. Lets not forget the one scene where Dr Zhang, a Chinese dude, say "all for a bowl of soup" while checking out a shark poacher ship wreck. I dont think i reply anything to your comment but i thought this was horror genre instead of action

I think instead of taking the shark all the way to the public beach, if the film could only concentrate on the isolated underwater research area and its surroundings it would have been way more intense, darker and so much more full of suspense than it seems now.

@@Emily-mg5eh no. megalodon definitely went extinct at least 1.5 million years ago. these things literally ate whales to sustain themselves and I think we'd know if a giant 10 meter long whale eating shark still existed. (10 meters is the average length for megalodon, 18 meters is the absolute biggest).

Without any intention to hurt anybody's sentiment , I would say this . There lies a gap of 43 years . Spielberg made a robotic shark and put that in water . The Meg is made in some HP or DELL . It would be very unjust , spiteful even , if you expect every president's kid to be a president . Everything and everyone has their own pluses and minuses . Sure some kid would watch The Meg in 2018 and call it a legend in 2061 😇 I am 40 btw . Hope floats . Fingers crossed . God , I love the chomp chomp movies . Jaws , Jurassic , even the sharknados .
