Another Big disadvantage that Deinosuchus would have is the fact that it would eventually have to go to the surface to breathe whilst Megalodon wouldn't.

Though I have heard it before, a better match-up for Megalodon would possibly be a Levyathan Melvillei, which was the largest toothed whale to live. Still probably would go to Mega, but it could be a similar match-up with Orcas and great whites.

I think the difference factor exists in the density of the skin for both animals, along with the ability for each animal to angle themselves to maneuver past attacks. Counter attacks would be the key for the deinous croc. If "deinous" could slip past the powerful chomps, i can see a small possibility of a battle where the croc comes out on top due to accumulated body damage attacks near the breathing gills. However, there's no shot that the crocs tail won't at least be damaged severely. The sharks "easy win scenario" occurs if the shark is smart enough to slip past the croc's bites and drag it deep into the water by their tail. The croc could drown overtime or die from enough bleeding in the lower extremities. This would theoretically disorient/tire the croc out. Again, time is an important worry for the croc because the risks of drowning after a long enough period increase. Most likely, the megalodon wins.

In my place there is a legendary battle between crocodile and shark. This legend is called Surabaya. Sura mean shark and baya mean crocodile.

Deinosuchus wasn’t the largest crocodile. Purussaurus (Miocene) and Sarcosuchus imperator (early Cretaceous) were both bigger crocs.

Well tbh I think one advantage nobody is recognizing is the fact that the croc had legs, short but powerful ones, that ended with pretty brutal claws. If it was in a fight with the shark there is a good chance with would lash out with those limbs, prob all four of them, and those might have been enough to get through the scales. Who knows though. I think the real test would be megaladon vs lieoplueradon (prob spelled that wrong)

If Deinosuchus had a soft underbelly like modern crocodilians, Megalodon would win. Also like other fishes wouldn't have to take breaks to breathe (though Deinosuchus could probably hold its breath for some time). The only real chance Deinosuchus would have is if it got in the first bite and held the shark upsidedown.

If Deinosuchus was in the same size of Megalodon then the Croc will win. A Saltwater crocodile the size of Lolong can exert a bite force of more than 7700 psi. According to experts a 10 meter long Deinosuchus can produce bite force of 25000 psi. Scientists believe Deinosuchus could've grown even bigger about 12-14 meters or possibly 15 meters. The problem is there are no complete skeletons of Deinosuchus.

When it comes to appetite, definitely megalodon but for bite force its Deinosuchus

As the primary bony plate protection on the prehistoric croc is on its topside, and leg attacks from underneath, this give the leg another advantage. The belly of the croc is its most vulnerable area to attack, and since this would be the area the leg would hit first, the croc would be in the most danger if it swam into deep enough waters for the leg to have room for it primary attack venue. Plus, the men's size advantage would come close to allowing it to dang near swallow the croc whole, biting off the legs as it went past the mouth. With out the legs, the croc would have a difficult time doing its roll if it latched on to anything inside the men's mouth or other innards. Plus, the croc has to surface to breath, if leg took the croc deep enough, the croc would drown from the mear atmospheric pressure and not being able to get another breath, eventually, if the leg didn't get through the croc's armor first.

The way you are speaking implies that this isn't some sort of a tank rather than something more similar to an ocean, of which would eventually get to such deep environments after having been in the shallower environments closer to land. And if the giant crocodile is having a modern-day crocodile be scaled up for this battle, then this would mean that the crocodile would have sensory organs covering its body that would make it impossible for anything to sneak up on it in the water even if it was not looking in the direction that the thing was coming from. If the Battle of words you have cases that were shallow then maybe the crocodile would have the possibility of doing something is that likely requires such intelligence that the crocodile probably wouldn't do it as a strategy. And even if it did have to fight in a tank then perhaps with its sensory organs it could notice the Megalodon and do something. Though whether or not the Megalodon have a wrench thrown in its plans because of the big crocodile noticed might not actually be relevant depending on how fast the Megalodon to go, as if it went fast enough then this prehistoric crocodile would not be able to move out of the way quickly enough, and that's not even mentioning how the underside is probably especially vulnerable on that prehistoric crocodile.

We all know that the white shark is still around, and he said the saltwater has the strongest bite force of any living animal, but the number does not match. He is completed wrong in the calculation of both animals. With the number, I have found the crocodiles win in bite force alone if you do the same measurement and length of both the animals and the true anatomy of their jaws muscles and the prey they hunt. just look up what a saltwater crocodile hunts and a white shark hunts. When you do that, you found that the crocodiles need more bite force to crush bones of water buffalo while the white shark does hunt sea turtles, but it can’t be compared to a water buffalo since crocodiles do eat even the bones femur and skull. mostly white sharks look for sea lions because of the fat, there are not many bones just saying.
