The problem with tyranids is if they win there's no story to be had unlike orks which are funny, or necrons who has some surprisingly interesting characters.

@@jessISaRicePrincess that's not entirely true, I'd say octarius war was a good example of tyranids winning and it being interesting. Sure we don't know the specific tyranid that did that one thing etc. And they'll be absorbed back into the force of nature that is Tyranids. But I think of tyranids as a character constantly evolving and adapting to topple its enemy and feed. That's my opinion also the imperium is boring lol

@@Avusui the tyrinids are more boring tbh. All the other factions have strengths and weaknesses that keep eachother in check but tyrinids adapt to everything and have rumors of having the galaxy completely surrounded. If it was just one front or if they didn't adapt nearly as well maybe. Idk compared to all the other factions tyrinids are just boring when compared. Then again I kinda dislike the whole hive mind army bug trope in scifi.

@@jokerman9623 fair enough! I like the unstoppable force that is the Tyranids, I can understand them being boring but not to me personally. They do have a big weakness tho which is after the battle they need time to suck up all the resources and are vulnerable. To me Tyranids are the force of nature adapting to the environment and taking over. Ive always been a sucker for green as well as slivers from MTG. My 2nd favorite would be Orks 100% cause I just love their energy lol its like no other in my opinion.

The morale phase is weird, it either matters a LOT, or not at all. To be fair, GW seems to be making some sort of last gasp to make it relevant again. A lot of things have lost fearless aura, for example GSC Patriarch. It's now down to a much worse "ignores combat attrition modifiers" effect.

It's just that if you don't want your household to become a barn you gotta do chores and usually I love having something good to listen to while I do them but usually youtube has more garbage or is stuff that requires a lot more attention than what obe can spare while doing chore, so having half an hour of good, easy to digest content to listen can make it more enjoyable so you can have a bit of fun while being productive. Heck my gf literally told me to relax and leave half the dishes for her to do in the morning so I stopped the video when I got to the part of the Thousand Sons and spared the rest to keep company while sweeping the floor this morning. Also the huge amount of dishes is kinda normal for us since we are Italian and we cook like stereotypical Italians do. PSA: sharing chores is a fundamental part of having a functional relationship even if it's bothersome and if you can find something that makes it better you absolutely should do that.

@@FunkBastid Guard also got points hikes despite being one of the bottom-performing armies in the game. New rules only apply to Cadian regiments. Plastic Krieg is nice (though I would have preferred if they kept the same body proportions as FW) but you have to be able to play with it, too.
