The Best 15 Spots!
In this short film i would like to tell you about the surfing and travelling to The Mentawai Islands, western Sumatra, Indonesia.
I was lucky enough to spend couple of months in total the last years in the
www.mentawai-surfcamp.com with Diego and Lora and the family and shoot the best surfing around more than 15 spots in the area.
I hope you will enjoy this short guiding and feel free to contact me if you need a media person for your surfing in Indonesia.
Some Useful Information:
-10 US = 140 000 Indonesian Rupees (Sept 2020)
-If you are entering Indonesia, you get a 30 days Visa on arrivel for free.
-You need to pay the Mentawai Tax when entering the islands (only for surfers) 1 million Rupies.
-To take the ferry from Padang to Siberut you need to sleep one night in Padang, the best is to book a hotel near the harbour next to the river.
-Padang airport taxi to the harbour area cost around 200 000 rupies.
