This densely-packed amalgamation of humanoid monster parts is actually supposed to say something? You should be used to this by now.
In all honesty, this logo is not all that hard to figure out with the band's name in hand. The difficulty comes from largely from the complexity of its design and only partially from a couple of not-so-apparent letterforms - meaning it is more intimidating than anything. That isn't to say it shouldn't be appreciated, though: the uniquely grotesque and illustrative qualities of this logo are incredibly impressive, and it's easy to spend a lot of time enjoying all of the subtle details. Show this one some love!
This footage was recorded in anticipation of episode 30 of Deciphering Metal Logos to be released on Instagram. DML, for short, is part of an ongoing series in which I attempt to accurately identify all of the letters in slam metal, death metal, black metal, doom metal, grindcore, and deathcore logos - often with some guidance from the original designer.
