Sir horizontal reservation मैं भूतपूर्व सैनिकों का क्या प्रावधान है?? मैंने सुना है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आर्डर है कि किसी भी भर्ती में रिजर्वेशन का लाभ सिर्फ एक बार ले सकते हैं। अगर किसी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में आप भूतपूर्व सैनिक कोटा में आवेदन कर रहे हैं तो क्या उसमें Ex serviceman Gen/OBS/,SC,/ST का दोबारा रिजर्वेशन मिलेगा. जैसा की रेलवे भर्ती में दिया जाता है।कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

Sir... I'm from odisha...The government of odisha has given Vertical reservation for women candidates in Junior Teacher post for primary school... for that reason many meritious male candidates are suffering... what to do sir....🙏🙏🙏

Sir in our state we have 33.33% horizontal reservation for women. Total notified vacancies are 22. Oc - 7 posts Ews -2 Bc-A- 2 Bc-B-1 Bc-C- 1 Bc-D-1 Bc-E-1 Sc-4 St-2 Ph-1 So in Sc category how many posts are reserved for women. As 1.33 is getting for 33.33% of 4 posts. 1.33 is considered as 1 or 2? And also if 1 vacancy is present then will it is reserved to women or general? And also for 2 posts ? Sir please clarify my doubt!!

सर जी मेरा एक question हैं की मान लिजिये ओपन की 18 सीट हैं उसमे महिला के लिये 6 सीट है लेकीन उस लिस्ट मे horizontal reservation की महिला कही भी नहीं मिलती मतलब की टॉप 18 मे भी नहीं और पूरी लिस्ट में भी नही तो वो सीटें किसे मिलेगी open general को और क्या वह कैटेगरी जनरल को तो इस बारे loopholes निकल कर आ रहे है। इसके upper ek video बना दीजिए मैं आपके सभी वीडियो देखता हूं ❤

क्या होरिजेंटल श्रेणी के अंदर वर्टिकल रिजर्वेशन काम करता है ? क्योंकि अगर एक्स सर्विसमैन या पीडब्ल्यूडी का कट ऑफ तैयार होगा तो क्या एक्स सर्विसमैन के सभी जनरल, एससी एसटी ओबीसी को लेकर तैयार किया जाएगा या एक्स सर्विसमैन का संयुक्त कट ऑफ तैयार होगा ? तथा दूसरा यह की सरकार किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को कौन सा रिजर्वेशन देगी होरिजेंटल श्रेणी या वर्टिकल या दोनों l

होरिजेंटल श्रेणी के अंदर वर्टिकल रिजर्वेशन नहीं होता। वर्टिकल रिजर्वेशन के अंदर हॉरिजॉन्टल रिजर्वेशन होता है।

It's a great video to get 100% authentic knowledge Thank you sir In Odisha recently a court case is going on particular on this topic Odisha public Service Commission recruited 606 assistant professor for 21 subjects where it has to appoint 4% PWD (24 number) but in three subject that is in Education where only 20 posts are there they selected 5 PWD in UR-PWD category though it has only 10 UR post in the same manner 2 other subjects are seen , a candidate filed a case (writ petition) on this that how han Gove give 50% to PWD in a single category??? Though is no specific mentioned about the PWD reservation on the advertisement Do OPSC lose this case ???? Or it is ok to select 24 in three subjects

Sir, what if not as much suitable candidates found as horizontally reserved for sportspersons & handicapped? Would the rest seats filled by UR/OPEN category candidates? OR they would be carried forward as in the case of vertical reservation?

सर नमस्कार, ओपन मे horizontal reservation मे women reservation on किया है. और वो women 190 मार्क्स 200 मार्क मे से तो उसे ओपन general कि सीट देनी चाहिये या open women reservation कि. Reply please
