The reason why it’s different no matter how the times change we always want to protect women. We don’t look at women as less of a woman if she couldn’t protect herself or stood up for herself against an aggressor. For men we are the protectors or we have to be masculine. Anything outside of that makes us look less.

You want society to take SA against men more seriously but the first thing y'all do when Kim brought up the Michael Rainey thing happening to you is make jokes and say "it depends on how she looks"? When Lil Rod filed his case, you only saw men making jokes about his lawsuit, calling him a liar, etc yet men take zero accountability for how these situations are perceived and handled. Women will speak out and support each other, even if nobody else does, but men always shame other men when they are violated or have moments of vulnerability. The co-host even said himself that men never press charges when things like this happen. Majority of the systems in place in this country were created and are upheld by men, so it starts with you. And for the record I didn't see anybody (gender aside) that wasn't disgusted by what happened to Michael Rainey so let's not pull the double standard card on that one.
