Hook: size 4 3xl streamer hook. Thread: Semperfli 6/0 white for the body then Semperfli 12/0 black for the head.
Body: flat silver tinsel.
Rib: silver round tinsel.
Wing: yellow bucktail over red bucktail over yellow bucktail. The top yellow clump should be the same size as the bottom yellow and red combined. Keep the wing sparse overall.
