Turn Any Object to Gold with this Special Set of Adjustments in Photoshop! Using an extremely simple Curve, a one-click filter, and an additional adjustment, learn how to easily create the Golden Effect.

I really love the explanation of the curves to get the chrome effect throughout. It would be nice if there was some more control on the face on how the highlights and shadows fall on it, in order to see the parts of face better (eyes, nose), but I guess the face could be retouched to adjust this or else blended with another highlight layer from original photo.
