Some readers are really hard on writers and take fiction books too serious . I think fiction is suppose to be for entertainment purposes. I got the bigger picture the writer was trying to express ! I I enjoyed it !! I would love to see this book as a movie

I actually agree with you! Lol! The writer in me just tends to see random/other outcomes but I always respect the writer's choice on how to plot their books. I'm also inspired to achieve that freedom in my own work. The book was fabulous and probably wouldn't have the same impact if anything was changed. 😉

I was irritated by Nora in addition to all the quippy phrases. I didn’t like that she got to sample all these other lives especially since it resides in the premise that she doesn’t want to live to begin with. I was irritated by how frivolous she was with emotions. The best life she could chose is the one she was given. We are not hard wired to be happy all the time- she didn’t seem to get that. I agree with you about the short chapters and not really delving into things further. I appreciate your perspective on decisions and not lingering on bad ones. Thanks for the review!

Thank you for watching and commenting!😊 Yes, there were times that Nora was quite annoying-I think it may have been because she was searching for the "perfect" life, which doesn't exist! Perhaps the lesson all along was to appreciate what you have and make it work because whatever life you choose there will be ups and downs and it's all about riding those waves!

This book was an entertaining read. It kinda tapered off towards the end, but still left a good impression on me. The thing with this book, it has to come to you at the right time in life. Depending where you are in life, it could do wonders or do nothing at all.

That's a great perspective. I think most books can have an impact on us depending on where we are in life or what kind of headspace we're in. That's happened to me before when I just couldn't get into a book or I didn't get the "hype" because I couldn't relate at all to the characters or the story!

Thank you for watching and reviewing!! 😊 I think sometimes readers get so caught up in the story, they think it’s real! LOL!! So they have these high expectations and talk about what they would do and what’s believable….it’s a FICTION story, so belief is already suspended. You have to go into reading fiction books with an open mind…and some people have a hard time doing that. Especially when so many other people have already given their opinions. 😒

Just subscribed. Love you and your energy ❤️ Also.. I take 'happy pills' and have been in hospital many times and this book was definitely a nice portrayal of mental health

Thanks for subscribing! I’m glad you feel they handled the realities of mental health properly. I truly feel unless you are experiencing the issues or have a close relationship with someone who has confided on you, then it’s nearly impossible to really know what it’s like. That’s probably why there are some bad portrayals out there. 😞
