Thank you very informative. I have been studying trigger point for my chronic pain. So glad I found your work.I get so discouraged and misdiagnosed for decades. They say I have fibromyalgia.

Your words truly wonderful . I have been Suffering from Chronic pain for sometime now and never got any direction on how to effectively deal with it or the cause of this pain. It is hard to understand chronic pain who doesn’t suffer from one. I translated this as sufferings in silence and accepting it as my new normal. However this year I have taken this on my own after much suffering. From your videos I have learnt I have numerous trigger points throughout the body. It has lead me to take this as the string to untie my knot, along with understanding of myself as an observer of my thoughts. Thank you once again.

I'm familiar with what your talking about in relation to detachment. We are seperate from what is going on in our bodies/mind. With fibro we often forget the help, the resources we can use that is their. But we still have times when we get caught up in the quagmire of despair. It then takes a while to pull out of it.

I got a lot out of this video as well as your others. I wonder what treatment options are available in Northern California where I live which might be based on your work? Jon

Why did you close your app and website? Very frustrating, I have told many about the website and then I find out you’ve closed everything. What the heck

I’ve been thinking that my anxiety has been so intense lately because I have been in so much pain I’ve not been getting anything done. Not taking care of my responsibilities. Now I wonder if the pain itself is inducing some of the anxiety. I’m not sure which sensation is worse.

I'm suffering from fibromyalgia, often brought on by RSI caused at work. Aren't these pain messages a warning fro me to stop and take a break? If I ignore them, won't my pain get worse from overusing certain tendons/muscles???

The messages are false messages formed over years of anxiety towards your pain. Never over do it,rest when you needs, apply heat/ice but if you do the activity he's suggested that goes to the core of our pain.
