When I came around, I was surrounded by other professionals and I thought basketball was going to be everything to them and it wasn't. And I was like, 'This is different.' I thought everybody was so obsessive about the game like me. It was like, no? Oh, that's hard work. I get it now."

I cant even watch basketball now like I used to its just not exciting anymore. He was the king no one was more explosive when it came time to clutch... Jordan will always be 2nd to bryant in my opinion.

ace 996 Jordan was a better basketball player talent-wise but Bryant was more developed on the mental side. It’s two different things and you can’t compare who’s #1 because it’s based on what each individual values more in a player.

Kobe, You are an inspiration for all who go the extra mile to achieve a goal and never be satisfied until they reach it. You taught a lot of people about what it really means to be a team player and put the team before yourself. Your intelligence both on and off the court should never leave the face of the Earth. Everything you accomplished should not remain silent. I'm sure a lot of people are distraught that you are gone, but I am sure there will be those who will continue your mentality in how you approach new challenges. You will never be forgotten. He loved the sport and went all out. He was truly inspirational but the unfortunate thing, I believe, is that many of us never truly realized how great he was until after his death.

I'm not really a fan of basketball, but through these videos i came to have such a profound respect and admiration for who Kobe was and what he stood for. He truly was the sort of person who gave it his all. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these amazing videos. I'm sure Kobe would have loved them. I hope, that wherever he and his daughter are, they are resting peacefully.

I listen to these before every game and now that he is gone it hits different:( I made it farther than any year this year we always lost first round of the championship qualifying games but tomorrow is the semi finals and right after that we have the championship game and I'm going to do it for Kobe and Gigi❤🥺
