Hearing Rob compare life to a game resonates with me so much as this is how I explain my outlook on life to others. In my life there are different levels and challenges and once I learn the lessons of this level will I be able to complete the challenges of that level to move on to the next level and grow more to achieve more, to do more, and to serve more.

Love what Rob said about accepting yourself as prerequisite to truly loving yourself... And not making change a condition for self love. Love when Lewis hinted that (positive) changes naturally follow (increased) self love. It's as though self acceptance is the gateway to us growing into our inner beauty. This summer I will be 72 years old and I am still working on how to live my life. It’s possible to do that long as you can breath. I love that part about noticing when we're being judgemental and change the thought. I changed how I felt about a person in my camping group. I just decided to see the things I liked about her, not the things that irritated. I genuinely love her now! I've really worked at being conscious of those thoughts.

What touched my heart: the inner feeling you guys have for life itself. The teary eyes of Rob on the way to the show, and how his wife also shares gratitude of being alive. And, Lewis, you and your fiancé, also... the gratitude you guys show each other and towards life. That just touched my heart. You guys are incredible. FANTASTIC conversation. While listening to Rob speak about his experiences/perspectives, before even getting to 29:00, I had said to myself, this guy is probably an empath. Sure enough, he goes on to explain how he feels things SO INTENSELY and is always on the verge of crying from the overwhelm of emotions. What a BEAUTIFUL quality and so important to have if you want to genuinely connect w/ other humans. Thank you for this podcast guys. Great stuff. Inspiring and educational

Future pacing is an NLP technique, which sounds like what you did with your big workshop. I think there are a number of wonderful insights here that cross-reference with other thought leaders. It is so great to see motivational podcasters bringing these ideas, that have lived for years and years in obscurity, to the masses. What is even better is that every person who shares has their own unique spin and set of experiences to help get the message out there. Thanks!

omgeeeeeeeee i love the judgement practice!! I have been practicing awareness for some time now, it’s literally a habit now. That first thought statement is so true, you can’t always control the first one but I always catch myself but I just correct myself. i’m going to try the practice mentioned here, find 3 things I like about them and end it with i love them. Another thing, it’s easy to be kind to 90% of strangers on a day to day, but sometimes there’s someone that’s just rude, i always wonder what their childhood was like…makes it so much easier to be gentle when met with rude behavior. 😭

I really liked the concept of future pacing. That’s something new I learnt and it’s fascinating. I also loved how Lewis shared a picture from his childhood and shared the story about our soul evolving with time and how past lives doesn’t literally have to be another life. That’s beautiful. Also, I loved how Rob shared the way he deals with the sides of himself that he doesn’t wanna nurture anymore by accepting them, that’s a nice reminder. What an amazing video, I listen to Rob all the time. The most important and inspiring advice is acceptance of who you are and love yourself regardless. So true and ties in with ACT therapy which is the best, resistance is the enemy to us. The more you try and fix things the more the brain gives you to fix. ACT is to focus on valued actions so doesn’t mean you won’t evolve it’s quite the opposite and it helps massively to achieve a much better quality of life for you and your loved ones. Thank you so much both 🙏

Our childhoods as past lives! Thank you for that! Very helpful. and the past 30 years that ended with the passing of my husband and loss of a long term job. And last week, and yesterday and the last 5 minutes- past lives. I’m taking the lessons learned and moving forward. So many pearls in this podcast. 🙏🤩

YES Loved the hints around working backwards from the ‘success’ of a goal having been achieved. I’ve often become stuck in my mind/thinking with analysis paralysis of how to achieve the goal. Working backwards to journal as though I’d have achieved it seemed so logical and simple but unthought of - it’s different to comprehend a new way and one I will try. Thanks so much so much Lewis and Rob xx

The biggest takeaway of mine from Rob was that thing about judging other people. I’m unfortunately a judgmental person trying to work on this and the thing he said about When you judge a person say 3 things you like about them and at the end say and “I love them” will be something I will be working on! Thank you for that tip!❤

Awareness is the first step so congrats on being aware! It’s something a lot of people struggle with being judgmental but this practice will help indeed.
