Despite being revealed over a thousand years ago, the Quran has been successfully preserved and memorized by millions of people across the world. It is a sacred text and letter that God has sent to humanity to teach them ethics, metaphysics, worship, love, etc.
This week we are joined by Dr. Mustafa Khattab, author of "The Clear Quran", to discuss the miracles located within the Quran and his reasoning behind translating it.

@@thunderbolt4796 Not sure if you read the Quran cover to cover, but there are many references that the Quran came to all of humanity, including: 26:1,12:104, 33:40 38:87, 68:52

Loved the podcast MashAllah. Dr Mustafa Khattab is a great human being. Clear Quran is one of my favourite translations of Quran. It has kept me connected to the message of Islam. May Allah reward Dr Khattab infinitely. Ameen

Mashallah, what an interesting discussion. I have read about a number of Quranic miracles but I learned so much more in this talk, just goes to show how little we know and how much more there is to discover. Amazing!

You would have thought that an all-powerful, all-knowing god would have known beforehand about the issues with giving a book in one specific language and the problems with translating it into other languages. It's just as though god doesn't exist and it was created and written by a human. Funny that.

Arabic is eloquent English deficient, by the way where is the original gospel?

People do comment out of desperation. Jesus(may peace be upon him) never wrote down anything from Injeel that was given to him by God Almighty Allah. Centuries later unknown authors like Mark, John, Mathiew, etc wrote the Gospels. The originals were not in English. Jesus spoke in the language of Aramaic. The manuscripts that were discovered were written in Greek. Translations were done to many languages. Bart Ehrman will tell you the full story about the status of the Bible manuscripts. Yes, God knew the future. Jesus (mpbuh) was not sent to the entire mankind except for the Jews. Allah (SWA) had a plan for the Final Revelation. That was Quran. Allah(SWA) said in the Quran: Verse 15:9 - "Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian".

@@prenom8793 "Arabic is eloquent" - Not to me it isn't. It's just noise. "English deficient" - It's one of the most widely spoken language in the world and is the top business language. Why didn't your god know this ? Why couldn't your god issue a Quran in every language for all people ? Why was your god unable to create a communication medium far more robust than a book in one-specific language ? "where is the original gospel" - No idea. What's your point ?

You have to address why the Quran is a massively flawed book, full of errors nd why your god-thing, which supposedly created the universe from nothing, couldn't do any better than a book, which had to be written by a human. Humans have devised better methods of communication now than your god-thing. It all points to Islam being just a man-made cult for the weak-minded.
