I had recurring dreams that over the course of several weeks formed an actual cool story to the point that I was eager to fall asleep and see what would happen next

I'm sitting here trying to fall asleep and 40 minutes in they talk about sleep paralysis and the feeling of something watching you

I used to sleep walk as a kid and my dreams were like peaces of my memory from me sleep walking. Now I don't sleep walk and I rarely remember my dreams but a do rember a dream where I was fighting on the edge of a cliff and I lost and he threw me off and I wached my self in third person get inpailed on the rocks. It scared me for a bit ngl. But now I mostly lucid dream.

Im only 17 and I started getting those thoughts of dying and being scared like that when I was 12 and I would get that anxiety but meditating and thinking that way really did help me

I started getting sleep paralysis from meditation starting off with seeing a dead stitched-up girl laying next to me, holding my hand. From then on were just a series of floating sensations. Once I had sleep paralysis and felt something stabbing at my stomach. All I could do was try to scream for my parents but all that came out were quiet groans. Woke up crying :/ And my most recent was just a few days ago where I kept hearing voices of children around my bed poking at me. 😅 This all started when I got into meditation...

I remember when I was like 3 or 4, I had a dream where I was getting a piggyback ride from my mom and she was carrying me through the backyard. Then I see this horrifying Suicide Squidward that had the cartoon purple onion halves for eyes, and he was just staring at me, I don't remember the rest of the dream. Only that specific moment, since it was from like early childhood

I had a dream when I was around 5 where I woke up and there was someone in my room I ran out of my room and down the stairs of my house and then they were right in front of me and killed me and it was a false awakening dream so this happened over and over again like 10+ times fuckin terrifying shit man
