While Wizzy and Wigg learn about elements, the building blocks of matter, Dark Truder puts his latest devious plan into action to use elements to make anything he wants so he can take over the universe. Truder accidentally releases several elements from their giant filing cabinet and the gremlin-like elements run off, and the Zula Patrol must track them down before they create elemental mischief.
