Just wanted to thank you guys! My girl was not a huge fan of working out. But we picked up aesthetic and getting to go to the gym only 3 days a week while doing some light work at the house the other days has been huge. She now enjoys going more and we love seeing her/myself get stronger! Thanks again

I love this topic. I started my health and fitness journey a few years ago. I have lost friends because of the pressure of not going out drinking alcohol and eating unhealthy. Here I was thinking it was me not being the ‘good’ friend. Thank you guys!❤

@jasonthompson6267 I hear you., that was me gor quite a while Then I reached out to friends and coworkers who had a fitness mindset I admired. Everyone tends to be very supportive and helpful. Lately, I find people asking "What I've been doing" That in itself is motivating to keep going.

This video hits home for me. I started my fitness/health journey almost 1 year ago & I lost a lot of people. You become mentally stronger as you go through this journey, though & it made me strong enough to watch people walk out of my life. I am okay doing this alone and becoming happy with me again. Discovering myself and getting to know me again. I'll meet the right people along the way 😊

Great conversation with caller #1! I am finally attempting a cut after reverse dieting successfully for the first time. A month in, and I'm seeing a steady, slow drop in fat. I started to hit the wall and feel hungry and tired, so cut the volume and took more rest days. That encouraged the fatloss to continue. As I start to hit the wall again, you are reminding me to return to maintenance and then get back cracking with fresh pep! You always say what I need to hear. Thank you ❤

The losing friends part from changing your priorities is a huge factor for the 20 somethings. The no drinking or stop eating out makes others feel inferior and beneath the healthy. It’s too bad they don’t gravitate to join in on the health party. They may in the years to come and finally be humble enough to ask their old friend for help. Two different species as Sal would say.

I'm a 46 year old guy living in rural Kentucky. I have lost 87 lbs in the last 8 months. People around the area just give you funny looks or kinda laugh at you when your jogging or walking down the road. When you mention weightlifting , it just seems so foreign to people where I live.

0:31 notice how their heads bounce up and down when they move. That is bad form and that is bad for the knees. You are essentially hopping up while falling forward and that is not running. Your head should stay level the entire time as all of the work should be done by your lower body. Walking&running are skills; Not everyone can just get up and do them as injuries exist
