A Pigeon well it's not just Ben, it was also Phil because he found out what Ben did when he got out over prison and went to heather's and he was there too, so don't just say Ben, it's him and Phil because Phil says, "Heather, Hev."

Heather died only a few hours after being hitted. Had Ben and Jay called an ambulance straight away, then it's more likely that Hev would only have a concussion and Ben would've went down for GBH (like he did to Jordan) rather than manslaughter.

This isn't true at all. Ben hit her and she hit her head again on the way down to the floor- she was killed instantly.

There is something called being a suspect looool, police can make a suspect give their dna so they can do dna profiling and compare it to the dna on the crime scene. That’s why Ben was worried. (Ben’s dna is obviously in the system he went juvie for GBH when he assaulted Jordan Johnson in the Arches).

Back in the good old days of executions, Ben would've gone to the gallows, and so would Jay for being an accessory to murder. I'm 46, and I miss those days.

It was technically manslaughter, Ben never intended to kill Heather. Also, Ben and Jay wouldn't have gone to the gallows because they were both under 18 or 21.

Foebane72 It was an accident. He didn't mean to kill her. He doesn't deserve to die for this. They were arguing and he lashed out, like millions of being have done. He just happened to hit her at the wrong angle and she died. He didn't go over there intending to kill her. It's manslaughter at best.
