The Mets and Red Sox both share a mutual hate for the Yankees. I definitely know people that are both Mets and Red Sox fans for that reason. It takes a lot of guts to wear that at Yankee Stadium though LOL

I live in Kansas City and I used to live in Boston, I have been to enough games that I ended up with gear from both teams. I keep meaning to go to a Royals Red Sox game wearing both like this, just to mess with people. I'm a Mariners fan though.

Great question! The game time temperature was chilly. The UA was navy blue base layer. The hoodie was not Boston either. It was navy blue.

The last time I went to Yankees stadium was for a Yankees Red Sox game in 2016 I wore a Red Sox shirt because I’m a Red Sox fan and a KC hat because I have a tradition that whichever team wins the World Series I wear their hat until they get eliminated from the playoffs

Why are you making such a big deal about this? It is also possible for people to dress like that, because Mets fans and Red Sox fans probably hate the New York Yankees the most. I’ve gone the Mets games wearing a Mets T-shirt and a Phillies hat because I like both teams. You make the sound like it’s something totally unique, and it’s far from unique.
