If Volk comes back in less than 3 months to face Topuria - put me down for a Topuria upset. The post-fight stuff from Volk has me very concerned, dude knows he's nearing the end of his prime and he's tryng to get fights in but to break down like that is a potential sign of Volk really needing time off to get his head on right. I love Volk but for him to be feeling the way he did whilst being one of the most active fighters on the roster has me VERY concerned.

He seems to forget that Israel has been condemned 95 times by the United Nations Humans Rights Committee since 2006 (When the UNHRC was founded) in regards to Israels treatment of Palestine. The judges/ufc gotta realize that draws exist. I said it for burns vs chimaev and it happened again with usman. I thought those fights were a draw but they give it to chimaev cuz the potential he has. It is what it is

I didn't care who won, and can say that Khamzat 100% won that fight. I just rewatched it and gave it 29-27 Khamzat. R1 10-8 for Khamzat, R2 10-9 Usman and R3 10-9 Khamzat. Even if you gave Khamzat 10-9 for R1, that still 29-28 Khamzat. I must say that seeing on Khamzat's posture in R3, if it was a 5 rounder, Usman would've gassed him out and won by decision.

Almost every other major sport markets itself to families including kids, getting kids hooked on the sport, players, and a team early is important big money in merchandising. UFC only tries to hook young adults and above. Kids are welcomed in, but they aren't going to overly censor any of their characters, and it seems to be paying off by not catering to family friendly.

Comes down to the rules more than the fighters. People play this stupid ass game of hand down, hand up and expect not to get hit in a mixed martial arts fight. Agreed at times, but it’s pretty dumb to have to actively think about if ur opponents hands are on the ground or if they chose to lift it for a second.

32:40 Ariel is right and its frustrating to see so many fans act as if training camps are an optional thing. Those were not a representation of Volks and Usmans prime shape. We have seen Volks reaction time in striking for 15 rounds against Max and 5 against Islam himself. No way he gets cought like that when hes in peak shape. Canelo gets no credit for the Kovalev win because it was too soon after Kova's win over Yarde. He would love to have such an uneducated fan base who buys the names without caring for important details such as being in fighting shape.

Ariel might not be fully aware of devins career storylines but it’s very obvious y he’s overhated, the 2 main criticisms and in devins case, hating points, are “boring fighter”, and “email champ”, neither of those are his “fault” imo, I’m pretty sure loma got stripped bc he avoided mandatory which gave dev the e-mail champ name, and the “boring style” criticism is invalid to me bc not everyone’s going to be exciting, or big punchers, or go at it in there fights, everyone’s style is different

"most champions aren't fighting every 3-4-5 months" not 3 sure but 4 to 5 months c'mon, this should be normal. The fact that it isn't makes it very frustrating as a fan.

Izzy, Volk both fight too frequently. Both fought dealing with mental health issues. Because of their fight frequency, wonder how much of their issues have to do with brain trauma… Thought crossed my mind is all.
