And as for the Latin Mass, if they could crush it, it would have been successful on their last attempt. Francis should have learned from the Pharisees who tried to crush Christianity from the beginning... Leave it alone, lest you wage war against God Himself!

1:29:10 Here we go again with the tiresome Bad Dad analogy. As if we're just in a grocery store & Bad Dad tells us to stick a block of Stilton in our pocket & leave without paying. The situation is far more dire, gentlemen. Vatican II was a revolution. Bad Dad has beaten Mom unconscious with an axe, and decapitated the family dog. He has set fire to our home. Baby sister is trapped in her crib upstairs, enveloped by smoke. The walls are collapsing around us. Bad Dad gets a bucket of gasoline to throw on the flames. SSPX/R&R response: "Dad - you are overstepping your authority as the head of our family! I denounce your actions!"

Aaron made a note around the later part of the podcast concerning the SSPX and the lack of Eucharistic miracles. Was he using this as a basis for the invalidity of what Archbishop Lefebvre did to preserve the Latin mass within the church today, and subsequently pass a judgement on the SSPX? I don’t wish to be contentious, but what was he explicitly trying to say?

A solid point about what specifically? If we are being intellectually honest, I think it is a weak statement for such a good and profound discussion on the current state of the church. Are the Eucharistic miracles happening because of the Novus Ordo, or because of the personal piety of the Priest? Or are they happening in spite of the fact that the Mass is the Novus Ordo, due to the great efforts of the congregation in improving their spiritual life through devotions such as the rosary, in communion with their pastor, brought about as a result of the crisis in the church? It would be interesting to hear discussion on this matter.

as usual the devil is in the details, its impossible to argue the "self evident good (or evil)". you either get it or you dont, and the difference inevitably leads to one destroying the other.

If St. Thomas of Aquinas is correct when he says that if a person rejects even one Catholic dogma - he rejects them all; and said person ceases to be Catholic and cuts himself off from the Body of Christ - my question is this: Is the Novus Ordo, in fact, Catholic? Or is the Novus Ordo a counterfeit? If one believes that the Novus Ordo is the Catholic Church - than it must be admitted that the Catholic Church has defected. Said admission contradicts the dogma which states that the Catholic Church is indefectible. I do not understand your position.

The Catholic Church is direct proof that the true Church of Christ IS invisible and comprised of all individuals who are in Christ and it is not some tax exempt earthly institution in bed with the corrupt powers of this world and in support of their evil agenda
