Idea for a game mod: The Mole keeps the money the teams loses, however.... There needs to be a mechanic that makes sure they stay discreet. Otherwise they can just blatantly sabotage nonstop and get the money in the end (and we lose the 'whodunnit' element of the show). So I would say they keep the money, BUT, they are penalized at the end based on how many players were onto them on the Quiz. Maybe a penalty for everyone who voted them on the "who is the mole" question on the Quiz, or something to that effect? So they want to try as hard as possible but also without giving themselves away.

The Mole absolutely needs to be week by week. The most appealing aspect of the show, for me, is that we can play along. It's the most immersive pre-taped reality show gimmick. The idea is that you dissect every single suspect week by week -- but now after 1 drop we're down X amount of people already. We won't discuss how Andy COULD be the Mole, because we never even had the chance to share those theories.

Netflix should do an interactive portion(like the trivia things they have) of the mole where maybe you can take the quiz and see how you would do. But only thing with that is that people would do it over and over till they figure out who the mole is week 1

My guess has been Hannah as the mole since episode 1, and I still feel that’s the case… excited to see how the show finishes but more excited for your podcasts honestly 😂❤

One reason I can think of why Mole shouldn’t be weekly is because if we get a mole that is too obvious it’ll kinda get boring if we know the mole for the last 8 weeks

Love the video but its so obvious to me that Sean is the Mole... he has made every decision possible to mess up the team. He will always make the wrong decision. He was slow in his repelling mission, tore up that photo in the party challenge. I've really noticed in this batch where he voted to keep Q out of the game, then lied to Q to mess him up. He of course was going to pick exemption in the case against muna. Also when Ryan said Statue, he was saying over and over "remember we are looking for a statue" to throw off the team. If you pay attention to him in every challenge he always does something to mess up the team. Everyone else has done SOMETHING positive for the group.

they can make fewer assignments where they can bid all the $$, and that would be less annoying. like keep the tony/hannah exemption one (where hannah is getting too much of the blame, TONY was the one who started "I'll wait till the money zeroes out" and hannah did talk him out if it), and keep the movie one or something like it (dossiers instead of movies maybe?) and limit the rest of the really impactful ones and definitely don't do any at the HALFWAY POINT

I have been suspecting Ryan since the first episode due to a reason I still have not seen anyone else mention. In the very first episode when she was introducing herself to the other players, she said she was a “stay at home Mom”. She did not say anything about being a “Volleyball coach” which is what her bio says and how she is labeled on confessionals. Now why would she keep that part secret? It’s not like hiding you’re a lawyer or some high-income profession like they do on Survivor. There shouldn't be anything even remotely threatening to the other players about being a volleyball coach. Well in the very next scene, the players were told to pick a leader for the paintball challenge and they were also told the leader would be out of the game if the team lost. As I think you discussed on the first podcast, the Mole clearly would not want to be picked as the leader for this because it would mean they could be forced out of the game if their team lost to the intruders. Clearly an athletic coach of any kind would have leadership qualities pretty much by definition and would be a logical choice to lead a paintball challenge, so I think that would explain why she withheld that part of her background. Also, note that Ryan said absolutely nothing during that whole discussion to pick the leader, and she even commented to the camera how she kept quiet because she didn’t want to be chosen.

I missed Josh so much on Mole Patrol. He is a delight. Hoping and dreaming for the mole patrol to finally cover the OG mole 3-5. 3 is so fun and funny. Great cast. Josh would love it.

Yes!!!! Rob as the host. The host last season and this season are bringing down the fun. It’s a 6/10 due to the host not being silly, bring camp and banter.

I started thinking Deanna was the mole when she spoke up and noninated Hannah as most trustworthy. Idk what else shes done. But that was just a bit curious.

Thank you so much to Rob for suggesting that we watch the Anderson Cooper versions of The Mole. I know I didn't watch those originally and wow what a difference. NO ONE is winning the prize pots which were available on that version. Frankly I love the show but most of these players annoy me. I also prefer a weekly show and I think that would help it trend on Netflix because people would find it and get hooked. ETA - I forgot to say I think Ari Shapiro is channeling Mr. Roark from Fantasy Island.

I'm 90% sure Ryan is the mole. Hannah saw her messing up the gift box challenge but it was quickly passed over despite being one of the more egregious sabotage/mistakes in a challenge. Also we don't see people talking about her being the mole much despite her contributing very little to each challenge. She also gets a token amount of screen time and gives very basic takes in her confessionals. Sean displays a lot of mole traits in the missions but he's too obvious imo.

The mole having the same strategy as season one would be extremely boring. Also, I feel like some of the players may be throwing suspicion on Deanna and we are not seeing that. Why would they choose Hannah for the lunch when she almost drained the pot and immediately shoot Deanna down? Based off of the audience perspective, the edit has shown Deanna seems more trustworthy than Hannah so why did the players not feel the same? With these drain the pot exemptions, I feel like the mole can easily play the contestant who makes a few blunders and blend into the background since the players are the ones taking the money. Another thing that pointed to Deanna for me was Neesh's exemption. If Deanna is the mole, she has crafted a strategy with the producers. We know she is emotional so what if that was a genuine slip when she asked why was she even there? Maybe she was getting frustrated because she wasn't getting the opportunity to sabotage?

Serena has been such a pleasure to watch. Definitely one of the greats in all of love Island history

I was so ready to rant about the dumb hourglass-esque Q twist at the beginning of episode 6 but then they just immediately erased it 🤣 also this group of players is so funny, there may as well not be a mole lol

Too many exemptions available. That has become the players focus. Need to instead use more tokens for incorrect answers corrected on the quizzes. It works in other country versions of the game.

The mole is Ryan. When they were repelling from the skyscrapers, the red chair was on floor four. Ryan has four kids. 21 was on the softball helmet. Ryan has a daughter that is 21 whom plays softball according to instagram

Rob just starting the podcast. I completely thought Micheal was the mole. But I think your onto something with Ryan being the mole. I watched the next on for the finale and when the host says mole come out. You hear audible gasps from the crowd; I think the remaining group is catching onto Ryan slightly however who else would elicit a gasp like that from those not in the game anymore in the crowd. I just cant see it for anyone else, shes just so dang sneaky

The exemption/money challenge seemed pointless and boring. There's no way they weren't both going for the exemption and everyone involved knew that.
